Added getshadows() macro to the end of the surface shader generation, to pass shadows to its AOV.

Fixed typo in environment() block. Added getshadows macro to AOV headers. Added __inShadowC varying output color to light shader parameters in rib_root_block. Added user-set decay to the light functions, tweaked the light blocks to store __inShadowC, and use decay and some minor tweaks.

Added diffuse falloff block. Tweaked lafortune block, changed some defaults. Tweaked the shading model headers, added the new diffuse falloff function, and factored in nondiff and nonspec for the outputs, since besides an on/off switch, they can be a scaling factor for light intensity.
