Shrimp Shader Generator FLTK2 GUI (SVN)

Added stippled lines for active connections (pad>pointer).

Fixed the tooltip color/background readability problem, tweaked some widget's colors. Added rounded corners blocks.

Added a new default (dark) theme, flat/border-boxxed.

Changed the UI a bit, added widgets for normal, point, matrix types. Tweaked existing string and color type widgets. Changed colors for blocks, and shape and colors for groups.

No more warnings on vex_include and vex_code parsing in shading blocks

Fixed headers inclusion that shrimp generated from rib_root_block, it was using <>, not quotes (thanks Matthieu).

Added example network illustrating conversion of normals to a RGB tangent space normal map.

Fixed light shader headers (accessing Cl and Ol outside solar and illuminate constructs, although the specs only mention L being exclusively accessible inside solar and illuminate constructs).
Fixed storage class of samples, bias and filter width of light blocks.

Updated remaining example files.

Updated examples for the tweaked blocks. 2 examples missing still.
