Shrimp Shader Generator FLTK2 GUI (SVN)

Prefixed existing headers with rsl prefix, preparing support for other languages, and replaced existing headers inclusion in blocks, and rib_root_block.
Added missing usage information, or tweaked existing one, in current blocks.
Added workarounds for different renderers, particularly in raytracing.
Replaced preprocessor directives and macros where needed. Tweaked storage class defaults where needed.

Removed temporary output variables from the output pads in the Voronoi block, and replaced them by variables in the rsl_code, with the $(blockname) suffix, so that they're always unique.
Tweaked the usage information of all raytracing blocks, and replaced the multiple occurrences of the shadeops (with really large parameters lists, like occlusion()), by a single call, with a macro RAYOPTIONS as argument, containing the specific options for each renderer, where possible, or NOSHADEOP where shadeop isn't available. Tweaked the storage class of the variables, their defaults.

Changed caustic block, added workaround for Pixie and Aqsis. In Pixie's case, implement caustic() funcionality via photonmap(). In Aqsis's case, skip/return 0.

Updated regular pattern blocks. Added storage class where needed, update the usage information.

Fixed missing header in shrimp lights.

Updated the shrimp helpers header with extra useful constants, and the other headers to use them. Fixed preprocessor directives in headers where needed.
Removed some unnecessary computations, using the constants above mentioned now.
Added these extra useful constants to the uconst block, to make them available to user networks.
Tweaked the usage information in some regular pattern blocks, as well as the storage class of some variables where needed.

Changed LGMarble block to "Others" menu, removed "Stochastic" entry.
Pixie supports the ternary operator, workaround removed for Pixie for RTGlass in the shading models header.
Added inclusion of shrimp_helpers.h to shrimp_extrapatterns.h and shrimp_conversion.h.
Fixed storage class in some of the pattern functions defined in the extrapatterns header, cleaned up this header, removed some unnecessary computations.
Fixed the Voronoi block, since the order of arguments had changed in the shrimp_fractals.h header and this block wasn't updated to reflect this.
Added or extended the usage information for all the committed blocks. Added storage class specifiers for some of the variables in the Karlsruhe/Moscow metric Voronoi block.

Removed the while block (still a relic from the gtk shrimp, and a borked one as well). Updated the matrix blocks, their usage information, and parenting.
Updated the message passing blocks, their usage information, storage class where needed, as well as parenting.

Added storage class where needed for the global variables blocks. Added usage information where missing. Tweaked existing usage information, added information about validity of global variables in the different shading contexts.

Tweaked the helpers blocks, extended usage information. Updated the surface curvature functions in the helpers header.
