Added initial versions of light shader blocks, with shadow map support.
Area light and environment lights still need work. Updated RIB scenes, so that shaders affected the entire scene, and updated grid shader, to have a diffuse component, instead of constant.

Updated existing preview RIB files, with background (grid shaded). Added bent plane, hyperboloid, rippledplane, tea cup, and Stanford Buddha RIB files. Changed Teapot, added background. Preview scenes are now a good assortment of primitive types.

Added Stanford Dragon and Stanford Bunny test RIBs (Subdivisions, with creases. Might need some cleaning, couple of problems with duplicate vertex indexes.)
