Shrimp Shader Generator FLTK2 GUI (SVN)

Fixed displacement and bump mapping examples.

Fixed the example woodpanel file to use the changed 2f3d voronoi(), updated fractal & extrapatterns headers for cleaned up functions, updated blocks to reflect storage change, to uniform type, for some function arguments, fBm, turbulence, VLfBm, Ridged, and the metric type for Voronoi.

Added a displacement and bump mapping examples (note: the background object needs to have the displacement shader removed, only the surface grid should exist)

Tweaked the fractals header a bit, updated the Voronoi blocks so that the metric choice variable is now of uniform storage.

Added workaround for PRMan on complex math header, as reported.

ENH: UI rework (bigger window, added scene chooser to the main window)

ENH: smaller font size as FLTK 2 (version 6671) introduced FreeType; connections drawn in light red, now different from the font colour

ENH: added rconstruct's texture tags to the renderer definition file

Renamed RSL's include tag to rsl_include

Updated Banks model for __nondiffuse and __nonspecular cases.
