Updated the wood example scene, since it had retained the old transform block syntax, and there was a problem with the preprocessor directives when deciding when to use vtransform, ntransform, or transform. |

Fixed Granier-Heidrich BRDF, there was an lightsource() left out of the illuminance() construct. Rewrote the accumulators and the respective AOVs. |

Added some comments to the shading models header; Fixed an stray lightsource() that was left outside an illuminance() construct. Added some types clarifications to avoid confusions with some shader compilers, and some other minor fixes. |

Fix for Pixie (2.2.4) - storage variable is color type, but rimlighting returns a float, and an error was being reported. Workaround added. |
