#165 trouble after tiger update

Obviously I'm not a Perl master nor am I even an extreme computer
wizard, but I have tried what I could try, and if anyone can help me
out I'd appreciate it! Using OS X Tiger, in Panther this worked great,
but I had to use a different version of Perl or something like that.
After upgrading to Tiger I am getting the below and am just
completely stumped.

Did a chmod to get the file to be recognized as an executable or
whatever (chmod u+x getdata.pl) and now (even after reinstalling perl
somehow which MAY have added to what I'm getting below):
