#8 BBcode support

support for simple bb code like:
[url=http://www.example.com/]this is a url[/url]
[url]http://www.example.com[/url] <-- already done but
without any need for code, but this could be an option
[b]bold text[/b]
[i]italics[/i]

this stuff isn't so necessary, because limited html tag
support already exists.

Perhaps do *italics* and **bold** tho...
