That'd be cool. Like a heuristic flood analyser - if the
last post was 95% similar to the last one then you're out!

It'll be helpful ! I like it ! I get annoying people posting
repetative messages all the time, and I need some way to rid
of them. Banning them or something would be nice, but this is
great !

There's already flood protection; I guess it needs to be
tweaked. Heuristics would be kind of annoying to implement,
especially with a shoutbox.
