Here's a design I did in Feb 2002 when I was thinking
about Shoutbox 3.

If you forget about the world wide shout theory and the
new shoutbox design (some of which i want to implement)
is this design cool? Who would like to implement this
design? Anyone got any better ideas? Suggestions? anything?
