#1 Can't get it to mail

I've set up the NAB etc. and tried sending a test
message to a section of people.

Watching the messages, it all seems to run OK, and
ends with "Message Sent Completely (5)" but no
messages are received. (there were 4 people in the
group btw)

What am I missing???
