Stock Market
- Users can add their stores to the stock market and others can invest by buying stocks and shares in particular stores. Buying more items in stores helps the stocks go up. (The money goes directly to the owner).
- Commodities of items can be added by users as well.
- There is a “store account” which has all of the store owner’s money, and if their stock increases, their money in there increases, but if it decreases, then it decreases. If there is no more money in their store, then it checks how much money they have on hand. If their money runs out, then their store is removed off the stock market, and they will have to wait a set time, (set in the ACP).
- There can be shops not owned by users, forum shops, that can be added to the stock market via ACP.
- An average of all the stocks will also be created and via the ACP, the admin can create a name. This feature can also be turned off in the ACP.
Robbery
-Users can rob shops and steal the items, as specified in the ACP. (Admins can choose whether users can rob forum shops, user shops, or both)
- Shop owners can buy security to enhance that their shop doesn’t get robbed from. (Reduces the percentage that someone could rob their store).
- The robbery feature as a whole can be turned off in the ACP.
Other Features
-Once a user sells a certain amount of items, or wishes to pay for a new feature for their shop, they can organize their items into “shelves” (There are pictures of shelves in the background and a user can actually decorate their shop. (With images and there can be a default way the store looks and users can change certain parts. The store can be upgraded with a fee.) They can put the image of the item, on the shelf and when a person clicks on it, it gives a description and a choice to buy.
-Images can also be enlarged so that other people can see the image better.
-Store owners can also choose whether they would like to give “newsletters”. These are automatic private messages sent to anyone who subscribes to them. It tells the subscribers if there were any changes in any prices in the store that they subscribed to. The store owner can choose whether it costs money to subscribe to the newsletter.
