#1 SharedSpace doesn't throw causes

When the app calls ref.srBeginTrans( ) on a
SharedReference, the SharedSpace doesn't look inside
the ShobException caugh from the CommLayer to check if
it is a NotSharedException, or AlreadyLockedException, etc.

All communication-related methods have this "feature",
and it must be fixed soon.
