Welcome to ShipWr3ck Web Browser, a powerful privacy-focused browser with advanced customization and built-in tools.
ShipWr3ck Web Browser is a privacy-focused web browser built on Electron/Chromium technology. It combines the power of Chromium's rendering engine with advanced privacy controls, built-in tools, and a customizable interface.
The address bar (also called URL bar) is where you type website addresses or search terms. It supports:
https://example.com)localhost, 127.0.0.1, localhost:3000)Located in the top bar:
Located in the top-right corner:

Access advanced privacy settings by clicking the Settings (gear) icon in the secondary menu:
User-Agent Spoofing: Change the browser identification string sent to websites. This can help you appear as a different browser or device.
Screen Resolution Spoofing: Fake your screen dimensions to prevent fingerprinting. Set custom width and height values.
Language Spoofing: Change the language preferences sent to websites. Useful for accessing region-specific content.
Referrer Policy: Control what referrer information is sent with requests. Choose from:
- no-referrer - Send no referrer (most private)
- no-referrer-when-downgrade - Default behavior
- origin - Send only the origin
- same-origin - Send referrer only for same-origin requests
Fingerprint Randomization: Randomizes browser fingerprinting properties (screen size, timezone, language, WebGL, etc.) per domain. Each domain sees a consistent fingerprint, but different domains see different values. This makes it harder for trackers to link your visits across different websites.
Network Information Spoofing: Spoof your connection type, download speed, and latency. Useful for testing or preventing tracking based on network characteristics.
Cookie Management:
- Cookie Toggle: Quickly enable or disable all cookies from the secondary menu
- Cookie Settings: Access detailed cookie management in Settings
