Milestone one implements the fundamental configuration management of the Shimari enclosure: A system for loading and linking light weight components into a flexible, deployable Java application. It is similar to the Apache Digester, but different in that control over object/sub-object construction is encapsulated within the class constructor, rather than externalized as a procedure in XML.
