The default admin account for the initial install is admin, the password is also admin.
Once you have your log setup change the username and password in the user options. After that setup your normal user account and then login as your admin user and change your new users group in the administration area to manager. Now your name will show up on the help page so people can email you to reset their user password.
I highly recommend you do not mess with the admin account unless you need to reset your own password.
