#6 Support for Files > 2GB

I tried to write a big file to a shfs-mounted-volume,
but writing aborted. Afterwards, the filesize was
exactly 2147483647 bytes, which is 2^31-1 bytes. This
makes me guess that shfs can not handle files > 2GB.
