Currently, if a user is trying to connect to a host
that has changed its ssh key, shfsmount gives an
'Invalid Argument' error.

Example:

# shfsmount root@10.0.0.33:/root /mnt/testmachine/
shfsmount: Invalid argument

# ssh root@10.0.0.33

@ WARNING: REMOTE HOST IDENTIFICATION HAS CHANGED! @
@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@
IT IS POSSIBLE THAT SOMEONE IS DOING SOMETHING NASTY!
Someone could be eavesdropping on you right now
(man-in-the-middle attack)!
It is also possible that the RSA host key has just been
changed.
The fingerprint for the RSA key sent by the remote host is
xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx.
Please contact your system administrator.
Add correct host key in /root/.ssh/known_hosts to get
rid of this message.
Offending key in /root/.ssh/known_hosts:1
RSA host key for 10.0.0.33 has changed and you have
requested strict checking.
Host key verification failed.

After editing known_hosts, shfsmount worked fine.

I think an error message would be helpful in diagnosing
the problem, as I just spent about 1/2 hr trying to
figure out why it was failing :-)
