Hi,

I've found the same behaviour on other systems. I'm using clean test
images (no other software installed). I've tested these systems:

* Win xp sp2 english, catalan regional settings -> english installer,
catalan evo
* Win xp spanish, spanish regional settings -> english installer, spanish evo
* Win xp french, french regional settngs -> english installer, french evo
