first of all, good work! Many thanks.

I've downloaded and installed evolution-2.8.msi. Evolution suite is
currently translated to Catalan (i'm one of the translators that works
on it) and when I run it, it uses Catalan as configured on Windows,
but the MSI installer screens are not translated. This is very
important for us in order to distribute it to the Catalan users.

So, there are two choices:

* Modifying the MSI with Orca, maybe using an MST for translation,
* Rebuilding the whole MSI.

If you're using IS 8, I could rebuild it myself. Also, as I've
mentoined, IS lets you export strings to a simple unicode text file; I
could send you the translated strings so you integrate them on your
installer for future releases tool.
