#15 Attachments drag-and-dropped doesn't work

If I drag some file to a new mail window, it won't be
able to attach it, as it seems that there's a "/"
hardcoded before the path.

For instance, if I drag the c:\boot.ini, it will
complain that /c:/boot.ini couldn't be found.

Is this the correct place to post a bug on your version
of evolution for windows? I downloaded it from here.

Are the gnome guys interested on your work?
