At this point I don't have any plans to release a version 0.4 with the current code base. Same with a par2.dll. The command line version works 'well enough'. Par3 is supposedly being actively worked on as well, which has improvements in repair speed, being able to repair folders, very large files, etc. Realistically, the next major release for ExQueues will be a C# version. As far as 64bit goes, that will happen with the C# version when I get to it, though you can use the 32 bit ExQueues with 32bit Directory Opus or 32 Bit Explorer which is still usable on x64 Windows.
