The problem is my German windows is lacking an "Application Data" folder where the config file should be stored. It is called "Anwendungsdaten". Please use the windows environment variables and not a hardcodet one.
Thanks for this handy tool.

Also- this looks like it is an issue with Windows Vista as well; They have done away with "c:documents and settings" and this folder is now called "c:\users". "Application Data" is now "AppData"; There are also separate "Program Files" and "ProgamData" folders...
ExQueues 0.39 seems to install find under Vista (RTM), but I get a runtime error when trying to start the program.
By the way- this is an excellent program! It has saved me countless hours of manual PAR/RAR work. ExQueues may be one of the 'required programs' that makes me go back to XP until Vista has a few service packs released... :o)

This has been resolved hopefully. I am using the %APPDATA% environment variable instead of %USERPROFILE%/Application Data.
