ShellNewHandler

ShellNewHandler is an Open-Source Tool to enable/disable ShellNew entries, aka New File context menu entries from Windows Explorer in Vista and Windows 7. Check or uncheck items to enable a desktop right-click context menu item. No need to install.

Features

reversed the display state of enabled context menu entries. thanks to ander1122 for suggestion.
added an Apply button and renamed the Save button to OK.
changed the tooltips for better readability.
a click on OK or Apply refreshs the shell immediately.

Unsupported, on Win10 it works but I was not able to abilitate "new" for libreoffice files (apparently they are abilitated in the registry but still not present in Win 10 "new" context menù)
