#2 Fatal error on LOC lookup

I get the following error when attempting to do a LOC lookup using title and/or author.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: yaz_connect() in /home/jwgmgcom/public_html/ShelfWire/addresults.php on line 90

Line 90 is:
$id = yaz_connect("z3950.loc.gov:7090/voyager");

When I try a lookup using ISBN, I get this error:

There was an error in your ISBN/EAN: <<Initial value (1-4018-3575-9) has an incorrect EAN checksum, expected 0.>>

Please try the number again
