#7 Project Compile Info

The compilation information (compile command, etc)
should be project specific. Therefore, each project
should have its own set of compile options. In addition
to this:
* It would be nice to specify which projects you want to
compile from the dialog (or have a way to compile each
project individually)
* There are other compilation options (such as
classpath, java compiler, etc) that the user should be
able to specify.
* It would be really nice if the same jvm that sheets
ships on can be used to compile code too (this may
require an enhancement to the installer)
