SharpWebMail 0.4 beta released

Reached 0.4 milestone. So here is a new beta (0.4b). It has some improvements and fixes.

* Now using FCKEditor2 (it's a beta, but it works fine). This makes the html editor usable in Gecko browsers.
* It's possible to send plain text only emails.
* Fixed some bugs.
* Mostly works under Mono 1.0 and xsp 1.0.
