Reached 0.7 milestone. So here is a new beta (0.7b). It has some
improvements and fixes.

    * FCKEditor updated to version 2.0 beta 2.
    * New Russian translation (thanks to Alex).
    * Cache the user's full name after it's filled the first time.
    * Fixed some minor bugs.
    * Read Changelog for full details.
