Well, you already have the Chinese(Tradtional), but
how about Chinese(Simplified), which is for Mainland
China, whereas Traditional is for Taiwan

We would like to contribute to such an interesting
software, please instruct what we should do to make
the translation.

Are we just follow the instruction in the
http://anmar.eu.org/projects/sharpwebmail/i18n.html

over there, the culture name is zh-CHT for chinese
(traditional),
so please tell us what culture name should be used in
order to conform to your naming

Thanks

I already have two zh-CHS - Chinese (Simplified)
localizations pending to merge (after several hardware
problems, I have big backlog processing pending issues).

If you could review and merge the localizations attached to
this bug, I'll add it to svn in due course.
