Hi,
For a few times, I have been working on data transfer / writing with pcap( w/ raw ethernet(packet size: 8224 byte) and fiber cable). I have Intel® Ethernet Converged Network Adapter XL710-QDA2 and Raid Disk (12 * 1tb) for data transfer from Fpga to Raid disk. Ethernet connection supports up to 40 gb/s and fpga provides 2-3gb data transfer per second. The maximum data I have ever been able to write to disk is 300mb per second.(used to packethandler and dumpfile for writing) Average write capacity of disk 1gb per second. As the time between jumbo frames sent by fpga decreases, packet loss becomes. As a result, have you performed such a test with pcap? Do these have consequences? What is the maximum size of data that can be captured per second with Pcap?

I hope I could explain. :) Thanks.
