#46 Gateway address not being updated

Hi Chris,

I had a little problam when I tried to change the IP, subbet mask and gateway address (in windows).

The IP address and the network mask changes work fine, but the gateway did not work.
only after I shutdown the app and restart it, the gateway changed.

Eventually (after a lot of tests...) I decided to use the 'SharpPcap' code and not dll.
The problam was the Refresh function under the 'WinPcapDeviceList', from some reson there is no updating to the gateway address over there.
I added it and everything works fine.

I send it because I spent too much time over this so someone else won't :)
