[SharpOS Developers] Welcome new board members

I want to take a minute to welcome our two new board members, Michael
Ruck and Phil Garcia! Thanks for accepting and I look forward to
working with you to make SharpOS a brighter, healthier, and more
active project! To the board members: If you haven't already done so,
