#46 Scrolling hole pages on Space

There is one thing with WinKOM that has been irritating for me during all years. Now perhaps it can be fixed.

I read at long text, press Space, one page minus one line is scrolled. I read next page. Etc.

But when I get to the next to last page and press Space, not a hole page (minus one line) is scrolled, but only so much that the last line of the text is at the bottom of page.

KOM does the same today (version 690).

Wy is that irritating?

When I read the last line on a page and press Space, I look on the first line to read the continuation. But it isn't there. It is some lines below! And it always take some time to find it.

I want Space to scroll exactly one page minus one line - every time.

In revision 709 the caret | is located on the next line to read after scroll.
This is only a side effect of the rewrite to handle scroll in Mono and not actually a solution to this bug, although a minor improvement.
