#35 Indicator for comments to one:s texts

When new text is a comment to a text written by the logged in user, a special marker in the tray icon could be turned on.

This can be implemented first on all texts created during a session, received with async-new-text. Together with a list of all texts created by the current user this can be achieved with little overhead.
This behavior can be thought of as inconsistent, one can never be sure that ones texts are not commented even if the marker is not turned on.

The more thorough approach is to check all unread texts, but that requires fetching the text-stat for all unread texts.
