#45 Footnotes are not shown in Ctrl+P presentation

When viewing a conference's presentation in the conference properties window, any footnotes to the presentation are not shown. I think they should somehow be included, as some people handle minor changes to their presentation as foot notes.

Normal comments or other users' fast replies do not need to be shown - if I am interested in the comments I hit "Navigate to presentation". However the foot notes that are added by the user themselves can often contain important information.
