#61 RSSReader does not have an option for fixed width

The reason this is an issue, is it moves other modules on the bar if others are to the right (when on left side) or left (when on right side).
When the total expansion gets large enough, it moves the entire bar.

It would be beneficial for those using the reader to be able to set a maximum width for the RSS Reader, similar to the volume bar width control.
