#29 Poor performance in SharpConsole when switching filters

When SharpConsole is maximized with many lines displayed and Debug Level is altered, it temporarily freezes the system, before then redrawing lines. It does not appear to freeze nearly as long when only a few lines are displayed, or the window is not maximized.
