In SharpCenter-Themes-Edit-Wallpaper, under Wallpaper visibility, the wording is 'Transparency' with the default value of 100%, which is fully visible. At 100% transparency, it should not be visible. I suggest changing "Transparency" to "Opacity" or "Visibility".
