SharpDrop IRC Bot / News: Recent posts

The second SharpDrop release, 0.2.0, is now available. This release includes some changes to the Config class (mainly error checking), a few new channel commands, and host masks are now used for the admin, trusted, and owner config categories.

The next release will include a very simple VB.NET example plugin and host masks will allow wildcards, among other things. I will hopefully have this completed before the end of the week.

The first release of SharpDrop is available today. This release includes the full plugin architecture, a basic shell of a bot, and a default plugin to perform basic channel operations.

Future releases will include more advanced functionality in the default plugin, as well as more features added to the configuration file and bot shell.
