Just in case anyone is having funny problems with dates in #cvslib:
If the day of the month is a single digit, then TortoiseCVS writes this to
the entry file with an extra leading space. #cvslib does not expect this
and will end up using the current date.
Anyway, this has now been fixed. Util/DateParser.cs and associated unit
Clayton: DateParser also has support for a CVSNT2 format that has a day of
the week but not a day of the month! Surely this can't be right? I've not
changed this just in case it is correct?
