#18 Commit Command returning server error

The commit command seems to still be returing the
server error:

cvs server: M unrecognized request `'

This seems to be fixed on my local copy, the fix was
removing a CaseRequest in the CommitCommand library
component. I have asked that the developer verify his
version.
