#31 Entry level error at startup.

I am having the same problem as request ID# 1770389. "The proceedure entry point g_date_set_time_val could not be located in the dynamic link library libglib-2.0-0. dll." Is there anyone available to answer this question or just trash the program? I would really like to give it a try. My OS is Windows XP.
