#29 Error on Opening

"The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0150002). Click on OK to terminate the application."

This is after i installed the "setup-sharpconstruct-0.12rc3-sse.exe"

Im running WinXP SP2
GeForce Ti4200 8AGP 128mb
2400+XP AMD Athlon
1.3gig of DDR

But I doubt it has anything to do with that.
