After sharp is installed with an administrator account,
regular user accounts can't run it.
Giving users write permission for installation folder
doesn't help.

From Windows test release #7 on, the installation is
per-user. This means that only the user that did the
installation can use the program.
I think it would be better to move some of the files that
reside in %APPDATA%\SharpConstruct to the installation
directory (Mostly the .glade file and shaders), and to
extend the brush loading code to load brushes from install
dir first, then from the all user's profile, then from the
current user's profile.
