When drawing a mask on the model, the mask isn't shown
if the 'Speed' display option is on.
The first reason for this is that the vertex shader is
not bound during the speed drawing. The reason it isn't
bound is that when it is, the model is drawn black.
Specular lighting appears to be correct, but it acts as
though the diffuse control were set to black. This
seems to affect only the immediate mode drawing, not
VBO or VAR, so it may be a driver bug.
