#227 Random Port Won't Uncheck

I'm having issues with a lowID because I cannot force Shareaza to port 6346. I uncheck the Ramdom box and I type in 6346. I also go to the advanced tab and insure Connection.Random is set to false and that Connection.Port is set to 6346 however, as soon as I check apply and ok, the program cycles and it goes back to random. I can't even wait to see what port Sharaza goes to and change my firewall accordingly.
