Backported a check for too small file sizes when loading a shapes file.
Backported BitmapBrowser, BitmapView, FrameView, SequenceView fixes.
Update version number to 0.3 in README and About box.

The little arrows in the SequenceView now work. Also added frame index display.
Fixed a severe bug which would progressively decrease to 0 the "minimum light intensity"
field with load/save iterations. Actually the bug isn't really solved: every field will
be somewhat rounded the first time the file is saved. But at least the rounding is now
stable between different load/save cycles.
