[Shapefusion-devel] switched to wx 2.8

I've finally upgraded to wx 2.8 (and Mesa 6.5.2, which gave me a shiny
and accelerated aye mak sicur on R300 :)

Now I think I'll fix deprecated things and text controls, so that damn
event auto-triggering mess will go away.
