#4 Frame auto-indexing for sequences

Introduce a command that automatically assigns frame indexes to a sequence. The user composes a block of
N frames first, then goes to the sequence editor and invokes this command. The editor could ask "what's the first frame?" and then associate the N frames to the sequence.
