The bot uses an user rating system "ŕ la" Advogato to
determine who can be an operator.

This allows the bot to recognize "friends of the arts"
and show them due respect.

It also renders possible for several Shakespeare Bots
to exchange databases securely.

However you are still be able to run a Shakespeare Bot
independently, so as not to be have it taken over by
any "inteligenzia".

Several independent (or rival, as you see
fit) "schools" of Shakespeare Bots may be present on
IRC.
